Refund Policy

At Nibasu Healthtech, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, refunds are issued under these conditions:

  • The ordered product is out of stock or unavailable
  • You received a damaged, defective, or expired item and replacement is not possible
  • The order was cancelled before dispatch

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

In case of COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, after confirmation.
