Refund & Return Policy — Nibasu Healthtech

At Nibasu Healthtech, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We take great care in ensuring that all our skincare, derma, and healthcare products reach you in perfect condition.

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or returns may be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (skincare, healthcare, and pharmaceutical), returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a wrong product (different item than ordered)

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • The product is expired or near expiry upon delivery

To be eligible for a return, the following must apply:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The original packaging, invoice, and batch details must be intact

⚠️ Note: Opened, used, or partially consumed items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Prescription medicines or pharmaceutical products

  • Personal care items that are unsealed after delivery

  • Items purchased during promotional sales or marked as “non-returnable”

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

This policy is in compliance with health and safety guidelines for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.


Replacement Policy

If your product qualifies for a replacement, we will send a new item at no extra cost once the returned item has been verified by our team.

In some cases, we may request photographic evidence (e.g. damaged packaging, incorrect product) to process your replacement faster.


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under these conditions:

  • The ordered product is out of stock or unavailable

  • You received a damaged, defective, or expired item and replacement is not possible

  • The order was cancelled before dispatch

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

In case of COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, after confirmation.

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return/refund

  • Photo of product (if damaged/wrong/expired)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.


Return Shipping

In case of wrong or defective products, Nibasu Healthtech will arrange a pickup or bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a customer error (e.g. wrong product ordered), the customer may bear return shipping charges.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.


Legal Disclaimer

All return and refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Nibasu Healthtech.
We reserve the right to decline a request if the product fails to meet the eligibility conditions listed above.

This policy complies with applicable Indian Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
