At Nibasu Healthtech, we aim to deliver your skincare and healthcare essentials to you quickly, safely, and efficiently.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how your orders are processed, packed, and shipped from our warehouse to your doorstep.


Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1 business days.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

🧾 Please note: Processing time may vary during festive seasons, high-demand sales, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Xpressbees.

⚠️ We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
Any prior references to “worldwide delivery” have been removed to reflect accurate shipping coverage.

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on courier service availability, local restrictions, or weather conditions.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders above ₹999. 
  • Free shipping is available for all prepaid orders (without any minimum threshold).
  • A nominal shipping fee of ₹79 may apply for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders below ₹999.

All applicable charges are displayed during checkout before final payment.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier link via email or SMS.
You can also track your order status directly under the “Track Order” section on www.nibasu.in.

If your tracking link isn’t active for more than 48 hours, please contact us for assistance.


Packaging & Handling

We use tamper-proof, hygienic packaging for all skincare and pharmaceutical products.
Each order is handled with care to ensure your items arrive safely and in perfect condition.


Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed or undelivered beyond the estimated time, please contact our customer support.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.

In rare cases of lost shipments, a full refund or replacement will be issued after verification with the courier company.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or unavailability at the location,
the order may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping will incur additional delivery charges, or
  • The order amount (excluding shipping) will be refunded once we receive the package back.

Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate before confirming the order.


Change or Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order is shipped, we are unable to modify the address or cancel it.
