From the time of shipping, it will take about 3-4 days for your order to reach you. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. In case the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us atnibasuhealth@gmail.comand we'll resolve your issue at the soonest.

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our customer support. Once dispatched or ready for shipment, cancellation is not possible.

For all products purchased at Nibasu: Prepaid orders above ₹599 are shipped to you FREE of cost. Orders equal to or below ₹599 have a shipping fees for all parts of India.
